you're looking at problems which are outside the realm of "cryptography" and into the realm of "computer security". They're important to defend against, but typically in ways unrelated to the cryptographic operations involved. There are no cryptographic operations which can protect against "the front desk gets a phone call and follows the attacker's instructions". So while that's a critically important attack to defend against, it's also completely irrelevant to cryptographic algorithm design.
It would be like asking how the design of a locking mechanism for a door can protect against a guy with a gun threatening to shoot someone if you don't open the door. It's a real attack but it has no relevance to lock design.
